Service CharterIntroduction It therefore enumerates the services offered by the Authority and details the requirements of the customer and the Authority. The charter also specifies the service time frame and details how to seek redress whenever need arises all with a view to ensuring customer satisfaction. The charter is available in both English and Kiswahili so as to facilitate customer understanding on the services we offer. The charter was launched together with the strategic plan on 22nd May 2012 in a colorful ceremony presided over by Hon.prof.Margaret Kamar, EGH, MP Minister for Higher Education,Science and Technology. |
