Launch of Strategic Plan,Charter and unveiling Logo

The National Biosafety Authority recently launched a Strategic Plan 2011-2015, Service Charter and unveiled a new Corporate Logo. Prof. Margaret Kamar, Unveils NBA LOGO and Launches its Strategic Plan and Service charter

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Margaret Kamar has unveiled  the Logo and Launched the Strategic plan and Service Charter for the National Biosafety  Authority at KICC on Tuesday 22nd May 2012

 Spetestaking during the function, Prof. Kamar said that there is a general consensus that application of modern bio-technology in agriculture presents enormous potential benefits to our farming communities. She said since 2006 when the Bio-technology Policy was established, the Government has been able to develop a regulatory framework by enacting the National Bio-safety Act in 2009.
