• It therefore enumerates the services offered by the Authority and details the requirements of the customer and the Authority.
• The charter also specifies the service time frame and details how to seek redress whenever need arises all with a view to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The charter is available in both English and Kiswahili so as to facilitate customer understanding on the services we offer.
