CS. Moses Lukale Sande is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya of over Ten (10) years, a Certified Secretary of Kenya and a member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya (ICSK) in good standing and a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK). He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL. B) from the University of Nairobi, a post-graduate Diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law; and a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in International Criminal Justice and Armed Conflict from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
